Certified Legal Nurse Investigators
are also qualified to help improve hospital compliance
drastically by educating facilities with enhanced skills
throughout the hospital causing a decrease in medical
malpractice, mistakes and tampering with records. Legal Nurse
Investigators also consult with hospitals to augment their
documentation skills and skills on interviewing while triaging
patients to determine their true medical history.
The Certified Legal Nurse
Investigator program is a new certification with a new
perspective on how to advance and obtain your first case. It is
an important and integral part of succeeding in this business.

If you are a Registered Nurse and want to become a Certified
Legal Nurse Investigator and be granted the credential of CLNI®, you can attend an internship program for Legal Nurse
Investigators approved by the International & American
Association of Legal Nurse InvestigatorsCMM (IAALNICMM) which will
include a test case for you to complete, and you must pass
the comprehensive certification examination.
Examinations can be
administered from a certification center approved of by the
International & American Association of Legal Nurse
InvestigatorsCMM (IAALNICMM) and also complete and actual case
as a Legal Nurse Investigator with either an attorney or
insurance company approved of by the IAALNICMM.
